Some Questions You May Have

Do you provide any assistance with the application fee, and is it refundable?
The application fee helps cover the administrative costs of running the program. Unfortunately, we cannot offer assistance with this fee at this time. Please note that all application fees are non-refundable.

Will the concert be recorded?
Yes. The concert will be video-recorded and shared with students for their personal use.

When is the deadline to apply to Soridari?
The deadline is Tuesday, October 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. All required documents and payments must be submitted by this time to be considered.

I am a violinist and a violist. Can I submit two applications?
Yes, but you must submit two separate applications, each following the program guidelines.

What is the evaluation process?
Applications will be reviewed by a national panel of artists invited by Soridari. Please note that Soridari reserves the right not to disclose detailed information about the evaluation process, and all selections are final.

How will I be notified of the results?
Results will be sent to the email address provided in your application. Selected winners will also be invited to a follow-up Zoom meeting with Soridari artists.

Will I receive feedback if I am not selected?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide individual feedback.

When are the winners announced?
Winners will be announced on December 15, 2025.

When are awards issued?
Awards will be presented immediately following the concert.
