- Current undergraduate students and/or prospective undergraduate students, who will commence his/her study as a full-time student in Fall 2020 in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut region
- Legal citizens of US, Korea or China currently residing in NY, NJ or CT
- International students with Korean or Chinese background, who will continue or begin his/her study as a full-time student in an undergraduate institute in NY, NJ or CT region
